Course Information
This course is designed to help you analyze your business situation and define a strategy that will give you clear direction, a competitive advantage, and leadership within your marketplace. As a participant in the "Executive Agent Training", you will receive in-depth training on how to build the business you have always wanted. This intense, 16 hour CE approved program, taught over 2 days, will equip you with the knowledge and tools for growing your own successful business in the following areas:
 
  • Understand the meaning and importance of strategy
  • Identify the demands and challenges presented by your organization's environment
  • Forecast the future business situation
  • Create a core ideology
  • Define you strategic direction
  • Differentiate your organization from your competitors
  • Set performance goals to focus your activities and measure your success
  • Establish performance initiatives and a master plan to manage your long term development
 
Course cost: $295
CE Approved: 16 hours elective credit
Class length: 2 days 8am-5pm each day
Can be used in place of GRI 101 and 102 when working on your GRI designation.
