hours (Equivilant to Listing & Buying Practices)
Part one of this course provides REALTORS® steps to plan
for their success in three important areas: time management,
setting goals, and business planning. As they learn to
prioritize and set goals for themselves, they can also
apply these techniques to working with their sellers and
buyers. Part two of this seminar provides REALTORS® with
legal practical methods of locating potential sellers,
outlines the methods to help the seller appropriately price
the property, and lists techniques to most effectively
market the property. Part three addresses buyer representation,
one of the fastest growing trends in real estate today.
The necessary skills to look out for a buyer's best interest
are considerably different from those necessary to sell

offered by federal laws: fair housing laws, Real Estate
Protection Act (RESPA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA),
and the Truth-in-Lending law.
