Convention activities and events include:
PRE-CONVENTION COURSE. In addition to all of the free education you get with your convention registration, you can attend It’s a Price War to the Door. This course will give the student new, relevant and unique dialogues and strategies for reading the market, viewing today's homes through the buyer's eyes and a new twist on market absorption rates that helps move sellers out of denial and into reality. Learn a whole new strategy for CMA's that will save time and make more sense to sellers. This course is approved as an elective for the CRS Designation.
NETWORK. This is a great opportunity for your team of associates to network with REALTOR® colleagues and get involved with the IAR, plus meet new REALTORS® from around Iowa to grow your contact base for referrals. Today is the ideal time to help and support each other!
TAILGATE PARTY. Make sure to stop by the Tailgate Tuesday night at Coldwater Links Golf Course for some great food and lots of fun! It’s free to registered convention participants! A shuttle will be available from the Gateway Hotel to the golf course.
FUN NIGHT SPONSORED BY CRS. This night is always a great time! This year we will be at Johnny’s lounge connected to Hilton Coliseum. Make sure to sign up for this great tradition!
