The Iowa State Fair draws over 1,000,000 visitors
annually, and this year we have a great opportunity
to promote REALTORS® by hosting a booth in the Varied
Industries building.
Our 2007 Fair Booth
We need volunteers to help us staff the booth during
the 11 day fair, which runs from August 9-19, 2007. Volunteers
are asked to staff the booth in shifts of approximately
two hours, and are free to enjoy the fair either before
or after
the
shift
begins. Admission to the fair is free for
all volunteers.
During the shift, volunteers will pass out promotional
materials, bags, fans, and assorted REALTOR®-branded
items, and will also be collecting names for a drawing
for $4,000 down payment assistance for a REALTOR®-assisted
transaction, or a $2,500 gift card from Lowe's.
