Section II only needs to be completed if the Inspection results mandate a repair or replacement. Added a field for the name of the Septic Contractor/Service Provider.
6/1/09 Seller Disclosure Updated the Septic Tank/System info in Section I per new rules/laws from State of Iowa.
6/1/09 Groundwater Hazard Instructions Updated to include the recently added exemptions.
