1. Visit www.iowarealtors.com and click the Online Forms link. This link is located on the
homepage and also in the Member Services section.
2. Click the name
of your local association to use your local association's online
forms,
or
click "IAR and Government Forms" to use Iowa Association forms,
state of Iowa forms, and Federal government forms.
3. After
you have selected your association, you will be presented with
a list of available forms. Click the name of the form you would
like to use.
4. You will be asked for a username and password
to access the form. Enter your LAST NAME as the username and
the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your social security number as the
password.

5. The
form will open in a new window using the Adobe Reader software
(see the previous article "Online
Forms System Requirements"
for more information).
6. Click
on a field to enter text, then press the tab key to move to
the next field or checkbox. To place a checkmark
in a box, click on the box or press
your Spacebar key.

7. After
you have finished filling out the form, you may print the form
or save the form's contents so that you can revise them later.
We recommend that you print the form before saving.
