*** Ignore the Acrobat warning that says you are not able to save changes made to the form. Use the yellow save button on the form to save the changes.

How do I save the information I type into the form?

1. We recommend that you print your form before saving - click the small printer button on the toolbar or the "Print Form" button located on the form (see the previous article Printing Forms).

2. Click the "Save Form" button located on the form. Clicking the save button on the toolbar or selecting "File, Save As" will NOT save the information you type into the fields.

3. You will be redirected to a page that contains a link to download your saved form.

4. Using your RIGHT mouse button, click the link and select "Save Target As...".

5. Choose a location to save your form, type a descriptive name in the "File Name" field, and click the "Save" button.

6. We recommend that you create a folder for each client, and keep all forms related to that client in the client's folder. That way you'll have all your information organized and accessible in case you need to later reprint or revise a client's form.

7. See the next article: Loading Saved Forms >>
