1. We recommend that
you print your form before saving - click the small printer
button on the toolbar or the "Print Form" button
located on the form (see the previous article Printing
Forms).

2. Click the "Save
Form" button located on the form.

3. You
will then see the Save As box.

4. Choose
a location to save your form, type a descriptive name in the
"File Name" field, and click the "Save" button.

5. We
recommend that you create a folder for each client, and keep
all forms related to that client in the client's folder. That
way you'll have all your information organized and accessible
in case you need to later reprint or revise a client's form.
