About this Course

60 Hour Salesperson Pre-License Weekend Virtual Only!
During the course you will learn the Iowa Real Estate Commission prescribed course of study including; Law of Agency, Real Estate Law & Conveyancing, Legal Descriptions and Zoning, Trust Accounts & Closing Statements, Real Estate Insurance, Iowa License Law & Commission Rules, Law of Contracts, Fair Housing, Appraising, Financing of Real Estate, Real Estate Mathematics, and Taxation. This course will help prepare you to take the Iowa Real Estate Licensing Exam. Students should bring the following to class: pens, paper and highlighters.

Virtual - Zoom
No driving/riding, walking/exercising or cell phone use/talking to others during class.
Zoom and Survey link included in class reminder. Books and Handouts shipped UPS to address on file a week before class begins.
