During the course you will learn the Iowa Real Estate Commission prescribed course of study including; Law of Agency, Real Estate Law & Conveyancing, Legal Descriptions and Zoning, Trust Accounts & Closing Statements, Real Estate Insurance, Iowa License Law & Commission Rules, Law of Contracts, Fair Housing, Appraising, Financing of Real Estate, Real Estate Mathematics, and Taxation. This course will help prepare you to take the Iowa Real Estate Licensing Exam. Students should bring the following to class: pencil/pen, standard calculator and highlighter.

Monday, September 27th - 8am to 5pm
Tuesday, September 28th - 8am to 5pm
Wednesday, September 29th - 8am to 5pm
Thursday, September 30th - 8am to 5pm
Friday, October 1st - 8am to 12noon
Monday, October 4th - 8am to 5pm
Tuesday, October 5th - 8am to 5pm
Wednesday, October 6th - 8am to 5pm

Listing Practices:

Monday, October 18th - 8am to 5pm

Tuesday, October 19th - 8am to 12noon

Buying Practices:

Tuesday, October 19th - 1pm to 5pm

Wednesday, October 20th - 8am to 5pm

Developing Professionalism:

Thursday, October 21st - 8am to 5pm

Friday, October 22nd - 8am to 12noon
