DMAAR Diversity Lunch & Learn 3 hour CE Renewal Elective - DMAAR Members Only - In Person Only
12:00 - 12:30: Initial networking, pick up lunch, SIT
12:30 - 1:30: Speakers! (Define the problem): Claire Celsi give a 5-10 minute speech talking about affordable housing, then Dwana Bradley to address issues with homeownership for 1st gen homebuyers and/or people of color, and finally Tracy Keninger from Easter Seals to discuss housing challenges for people with disabilities.
1:30 - 1:45: Break
1:45 - 2:45: Facilitated Breakout Sessions (Talk about how WE'VE seen the problem)
2:45 - 3:00: Break
3:00 - 4:00: Nonprofit/Developer Panel (Discuss solutions that are in progress and are possible in the future):
4:00 - 5:00: Happy Hour
