About this Course

Buying Practices - 12 Hour Prelicense or 12 Hour Elective - Virtually Camera and Microphone required to receive class credit. Zoom link, Handout link and Class survey link included in class confirmation/class reminders. No walking, driving, exercising, sleeping or cell phone use during class.

This course will familiarize the students with buying practices such as qualifying buyers, financing, working with buyers, writing offers and responsibilities and services during closings.

Friday, March 19th - 1pm to 5pm

Saturday, March 20th - 8am to 5pm

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see our school policies for more information.

Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
