Buying Practices - 12hr Pre License or 12hr Elective -Virtually Camera and Microphone required to receive class credit.

Zoom link, Handout link and Class Survey emailed in class reminders. No walking, driving, exercising, sleeping or cell phone use during class.

This course will familiarize the students with buying practices such as qualifying buyers, financing, working with buyers, writing offers and responsibilities and services during closings.
