About this Course
Buying Practices - 12 Hour Pre License or 12 Hour Elective - Virtually
Link & Handout emailed prior to class. Camera & Microphone REQUIRED
This course will familiarize the students with buying practices such as qualifying buyers, financing, working with buyers, writing offers and responsibilities and services during closings.
This Class Meets:
Tuesday, November 3rd - 1pm to 5pm
Wednesday, November 4th - 8am to 5pm

and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site
are not guaranteed admittance.
