About this Course
60 Hour Salesperson Pre-License Weekend Bundle Virtual
During the course you will learn the Iowa Real Estate Commission prescribed course of study including; Law of Agency, Real Estate Law & Conveyancing, Legal Descriptions and Zoning, Trust Accounts & Closing Statements, Real Estate Insurance, Iowa License Law & Commission Rules, Law of Contracts, Fair Housing, Appraising, Financing of Real Estate, Real Estate Mathematics, and Taxation. This course will help prepare you to take the Iowa Real Estate Licensing Exam. Students should have a pen, paper and highlighters to use in class. Books will be shipped to Virtual Students a week before class and will receive Zoom links once class registration has been received by the Education department.
Zoom open at 12:30pm Friday and 7:30am Saturday.
No driving/riding, walking/exercising or cell phone use/talking to others during class.
Zoom and Survey link included in class confirmation-class reminders. Books and Handouts shipped UPS to address on file.
