About this Course
Judge Judy Does Ethics & Law - 4 Hour Elective or 4 Hour Mandatory Ethics
In this class, you will "hear" cases presented to the Real Estate Commission represented by "Judge Judy" and will have the opportunity to discuss each case and ask questions. Cases Consist of: Lack of Errors and Omissions Insurance, Lack of CEU's, Lack of representation in a short sale, Trust Accounts, Altering a legal contract , Falsifying Information on an application. Material Adverse Facts, Commission disputes between licensees, Working with relatives and failing to disclose, Necessity of presenting all offers up until closing
