Examining Escalation Clauses - 2 Hour Elective - Virtually
Camera and Microphone REQUIRED to receive credit for this class.

In this class you will learn the necessary tools to professionally and competently navigate and negotiate through a real estate contract containing escalation clauses. Participants will learn when it is and is not appropriate to utilize an escalation clause in a contract, the pros and cons of an escalation cause, how to write the elements of an escalation clause, the seller’s agents responsibilities, and the buyer’s agent responsibilities in writing a contract containing an escalation clause.
