Preparing for Home Ownership - 3 Hour Elective - Justin Bennett - Virtually
Camera and Microphone required to receive class credit.
This course will help students better protect their clients to be able to purchase a home within their means, regardless of where they are with their personal finances. It will also help students better protect their clients from debt and/or the credit score impacting their ability to purchase a home, regardless of where they are with their personal finances.

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class.
Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please

Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space
and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site
are not guaranteed admittance.

will be assessed for classes paid for by check.
