Ethics 4 Hour Mandatory or 4 Hour Renewal ElectiveThis course is designed to teach attendees how to maintain Realtor ethics in each real estate transaction, how to navigate through various ethical dilemmas with clients and other realtors, how to properly complete daily, monthly, and annual business requirements for realtors, and the penalties that may occur if the Code of Ethics is violated.

Virtual: Zoom
Camera and Microphone required in order to receive class credit.
No driving/riding, exercising/walking or cell phone use during class.
Zoom, Handouts and Class survey included in class reminders.

Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
