Land Ethics 4 Hour Mandatory Ethics or 4 Hour Elective
This course will focus on major ethical issues within the real estate industry. Students will apply a method to address these issues. The students will be introduced to the Realtor Code of Ethics as a Guide to discussing and formulating opinions on challenging ethical situations. The students will learn how values are developed and change through their business career. Practical models for crisis resolution and effective listening and communication techniques will be practiced by the students.
