About this Course

A full, jam-packed half-day for our associates that want to master their listing presentations and lead generation of potential home sellers. We will be focused on empowering your daily business activities with the knowledge and understanding of what you provide to your clients.

See below for the discussion topics that will be touched on and the preparation you should have ready. Please remember that not only will we be learning new listing scripts, but also we will be having you present them in “real-play” scenarios in the group. This is a highly interactive class and will be where we want you to craft your listing presentation so that you can dominate your market. If you were planning on not participating, this is not the class for you. One thing is for sure - you will be a better listing agent after this class.

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see our school policies   for more information.
