Real Estate Instructor - Engaged in teaching various real estate
appraisal courses throughout the Midwest since 1985. Courses
include topics related to market analysis, basic residential
construction, appraisal theory, standards of professional practice
and ethics in the practice of appraising and selling real estate.
Have taught for the Iowa Association of Realtors, the South
Dakota Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Association of
Realtors, the Nebraska Association of Realtors, the Department
of Housing and Urban Development and the Iowa Assessors
Association.
