UPDATE:

We’re improving our backend systems with the new RAMCO association management and CRM system. Last week we started the transition. With any large data transfer and customized setup protocols there are likely to be a few technical difficulties. While there may be more, we appreciate your patience. Recently, we discovered an issue with some members with the Home Portal Screen that shows some Realtors® are not members of the association. In some cases it shows inaccurate information on past due invoices. We are working with the RAMCO team to resolve any discrepancies. Thank you for your patience during this transition period.

Everything isn't finalized yet; however, you should be able to register for classes at this time!

What you need to know about the latest changes at IAR

If you have attended any IAR meetings in the last year or so, you have probably heard talk about RAMCO and Rapattoni. Why should you care? Each of these programs are CRM systems. We have been using Rapattoni and have had some issues because it doesn’t play nice with other programs and new technologies. This affects you, the association member, in numerous ways.

We are switching systems in order to provide you with more robust tools, an improved user experience and more efficient workflows for staff. When you sign up for a class with IAR’s school of real estate, login to retrieve your CE certificate, or check a committee roster, you are using the CRM. The “Find a Realtor®” feature on our website is based on information stored within the CRM as well.

The association staff has been training with RAMCO for a couple of months, but there is sure to be a learning curve when it comes to pulling information, inputting new members in the system, registering for classes, viewing certificates, and other tasks. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes and we are working really hard to learn this new system.

As of April 3, 2018, we will no longer be using Rapattoni. We will officially switch to RAMCO April 4th. Most systems on iowarealtors.com will be unavailable during this transition but should be back up and running by Thursday, April 5th. We ask that you please be patient with us as we work through all new processes.
