Principles of Appraising and Market Analysis - 6 Hour Pre Broker or 6 Hour Elective - Virtually
Camera and Microphone REQUIRED to receive class credit.
During this course students will learn the basics regarding the appraisal process and the methods of estimating value. This course is geared toward passage of the Broker examination and not for existing appraisers.
