The Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® is so very proud to have David Wilson, CCIM as the incoming international CCIM Institute President. This is certainly a position that is well deserved and earned. There are few people in this world who can lead without effort. Dave is one of those people; Dave’s natural abilities, integrity, and honesty are his trademarks in the industry. Like a great coach, Dave inspires all who work with him to think harder, work smarter, and leave each meeting room better than when they entered. Dave’s passion and vast knowledge of the industry is contagious; you can’t spend time with Dave without learning something new and interesting about the commercial side of the industry. Dave’s passion will lead CCIM to the next level.
CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. The CCIM designation denotes that the member has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate.
The Inaugural ceremony will take place on October 16th in Toronto, during the CCIM conference.
