As the holidays approach, it’s easy to get caught up in a whirlwind of shopping, gift giving, and partying. After Black Friday and Cyber Monday, it’s time we turn our focus to giving. While we may be overwhelmed and busy with holiday shopping and planning, it’s important to also give back to the less fortunate during this season. Giving Tuesday is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (November 27, 2018), although acts of generosity ought to be happening year-round. Each year, #GivingTuesday is the opening day of the giving season.
Giving Tuesday is a global movement focused around paying it forward all over the world. Anyone, anywhere can give back in a way that’s meaningful to them.
